Talk for Health is a new way of improving your emotional health.
It is based on the belief that looking after our emotional well-being is just as important as looking after our bodies.
We have designed an exciting new skills based programme for people who don’t want conventional counselling or therapy.
Talk for Health is short, effective and affordable.
It is for people who want to:
- feel more alive
- be more emotionally balanced, confident and in control
- have better relationships
- feel less stressed, depressed, irritable or angry
- be more in touch with their own truth – and braver in speaking it
What inspires us is the knowledge that the skills and practices we have learned as communicators and Psychologists can be easily learned and used by others. Once understood and practiced, these skills can improve our lives, resolve anxieties which hold us back, and release new energy to enjoy life.
